I was appointed by the Utah Department of Commerce in implementing newly created authority in pre licensing, post licensing, education requirements, examination requirements, and affiliation procedures to protect the public. The process in having different licensing for property management and sales.
Served as legal / political chairman in the cache Rich Association of Realtors 1995-1996
Past chair of the Children Justice Center, fund raising for abused children.
Served on the Community Adult Probation and Parole Board. Helping those on parole to get back into society.
Currently a real estate instructor at BATC. Pre licensing education and post licensing for continuing education requirements.
